From the time I entered the field of dermatology in 1978 as a first year resident at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, I had two goals in mind. First, I sought to expand my knowledge of dermatological care while gaining first-hand patient experience. Second, I wanted to provide the safest and most effective therapies to all patients who sought my services. After honing my skills for 42+ years in private practice, I am proud to say that my dedication to high quality care has never wavered. – Dr. Clarence Wiley, Sr.
