Big Man Bakes

"The Big Man” (Chip Brown) was actually a physician-in training when he began selling his cakes to colleagues at the hospital more for fun than as an enterprise. At 6 foot 5 inches tall, the "Big Man" who looks like a linebacker, used baking as a stress reliever for all those long hours of study. He also discovered a natural correlation between chemistry in the lab & the chemistry of the perfect cake, as well as the art of healing through great cupcakes!
