Jabez Home Care LLC is a Nurse Registry and Personal Care Assistance Services Medicaid Provider. We provide in-home care to children under 21 diagnosed with developmental disabilities such as Autism, ADD/ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome or Mental Retardation. We also specialize in care of the elderly and veterans in the comfort of their homes. We accept Long Term Care insurance, SMMC LTC insurance, Workers Comp insurance, Aid & Attendance Homebound Program. We service Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
