Mum's Jamaican Restaurant

My name is Shawn and I’m originally from Jamaica. I have been living in the USA for 22 years but I haven’t forgotten my roots. I grew up cooking with my grandmother, Sally (affectionately called Mum) and I must say I learned a lot from her. I have also worked in restaurants most of my career and my love for cooking has driven me to open a restaurant of my own here in Raleigh NC.
